Conflict manifests itself in thousands of terrible ways, it's a sneaky monster, that roots itself into your life, and appears in places where and when you least expect it. Like a cancer, that spreads where it's not welcome, conflict can ruin your career, your personal life, your health, your sanity (but only if you let it).

How is your conflict spreading, and adversely affecting you?

A toxic environment? One person (maybe, more than one) is antagonistic toward you (and maybe others), causing tension. It's not your fault, but this person is jeopardizing everything you are working toward.

Wasted management time? You have so many things on your plate, but all you get done is dealing with people who can't get along.

The destruction of productivity? While the people around you are arguing, and then not speaking to each other, or gossiping and plotting, productivity goes down the toilet. And we all know what that means. :(
