By your registration you agree to the processing of your personal data for purposes relating to the conduct of the seminar and for the provision of information concerning subsequent seminars or other programs conducted by Maximum Advantage.

Registration & Payment

Registration fees include: seminar, training materials and refreshment breaks.  Airfare, meals, parking, travel expenses and lodging is not included in the registration tuition.

Registration must be paid in full prior to the start of the seminar. Only registrations received with full payment are processed and confirmed. We reserve the right to deny admittance to anyone for any reason. Written confirmation is forwarded by email upon acceptance of registration received with payment. You must have written confirmation in order to be confirmed for the workshops. Payment may be made by credit card or your check. Make checks payable to Maximum Advantage and mail to us at:

Cancellations and Refunds

Should you be unable to attend the seminar for which you registered for, we welcome substitute you to substitute another participant. Simply inform us of the change via our website or by calling 800-788-2068 x1018.

A full refund, less a service charge of 10%, will be made for cancellations received via our website 4 weeks prior to the seminar. A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the event.  Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event.

Seminar Cancellation

Maximum Advantage reserves the right to make changes in dates, locations or course instructors for any reason, or to cancel any seminar at its discretion, whereupon all registration fees will be refunded. The full extent of our liability is the refund of your registration and we are not liable for travel or other expenses you may have incurred.

Money Back Guarantee

If after attending the first day of the program, you are not completely satisfied, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at the end of the day.  Refunds are authorized at the event only.  You must have attended the event up until the end of the first day and request your refund at the Customer Service Desk at the end of the day. 

At your option, we will apply your tuition to any Maximum Advantage / Paul Endress event, or send you a full refund.  Simply turn in your workbook and name badge to a Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Desk. 

Language

The primary language of the course is English. You should have sufficient knowledge of both written and spoken English in order to benefit from the program.

Audio / Video Release

By attending the seminar you authorize Maximum Advantage to record your voice and/or image and give Maximum Advantage and all persons or entities acting pursuant to Maximum Advantage’s permission or authority, all rights to use these recorded images. You understand that said images may be used for educational, advertising, and promotional purposes in all conventional and electronic media, and any future media. You also authorize the use of any printed material in connection therewith.

Limitation of Liability

The seminars offered by Maximum Advantage are provided for educational purposes only. They are intended to assist attendees in retaining and expanding their knowledge base for the sole purpose of personal and professional development.

Maximum Advantage makes no claims or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information in seminars and makes no claims or warranties , express or implied, regarding the applicability to a specific task or project. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Maximum Advantage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

Modification and Severability

Maximum Advantage reserves the right to make changes to our websites, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.  If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
